Why is there a 3-month minimum commitment?
Month one covers technical setup, pixel calibration and creative testing; months two and three are where optimization compounds into measurable ROI.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?
Yes — at the start of any billing month after your initial three months.
Are the monthly ad designs per product?
The design allowance covers your entire business each month. You can allocate them across products, services and seasonal offers however you prefer.
Do monthly packages include photography and UGC videos?
Product photography and UGC video production are quoted separately based on catalog count, creator fees and shoot requirements.
